The Housing Connect support service provides assistance to people who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. We work with you to explore a range of housing solutions. Referrals are made through the Housing connect front door 1800 800 588 or visit the website.
Anyone aged over 16.
Free.
We operate statewide. For all referrals contact Housing Connect Front Door on 1800 800 588, 24 hour free call.
