A service to assist tenants avoid eviction and stabilise tenancies, and support for people who are homeless.

We aim to keep our services operating, as far as is practical and within government guidelines. Currently, this service is running as usual. For further information please call 1800 819 447.

This Program Offers

The Housing Connect support service provides assistance to people who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. We work with you to explore a range of housing solutions. Referrals are made through the Housing connect front door 1800 800 588 or visit the website.

Who can access this program?

Anyone aged over 16.

What does it cost?

Free.

How can you access this program?

We operate statewide. For all referrals contact Housing Connect Front Door on 1800 800 588, 24 hour free call.
